Sabado Sessions is a project of Bisdak i Norge (Org number 924489731), dedicated to fostering community engagement among Filipinos in Norway. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and related services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) to use this Site. By accessing the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features (such as ticket purchases or event listings submissions), you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Sabado Sessions provides a platform for promoting community events and facilitating ticket sales. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, event details are supplied by third-party organizers. 7. Event Listings and Ticket Sales

The Site serves as a platform for listing community events and facilitating ticket purchases. All event information—including dates, venues, and ticket prices—is provided by the respective event organizers. Sabado Sessions acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for any disputes, errors, or issues related to event organization, ticket transactions, or event performance. All transactions between users and event organizers are conducted at your own risk.

 

8. Payment and Refunds

• Pricing: The price displayed for any ticket is the total price you must pay, inclusive of applicable taxes and any additional fees.

• Payment Terms: Payments for tickets and other services are processed by third-party payment providers. If you pay by credit or debit card, the full amount may be reserved and charged on the same day your ticket order is confirmed. If you pay by invoice, an invoice will be issued upon confirmation with a minimum payment deadline of 14 days from receipt (unless otherwise stated).

• Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from your ticket purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. However, due to the date-specific nature of events, this right may be waived if the event is scheduled for a fixed date. Please review the specific Terms & Conditions provided at the time of purchase for further details.

 

9. Event Cancellation and Postponement

If an event is cancelled or significantly postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the event organizer or Sabado Sessions, refund procedures or alternative arrangements will be processed in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws. You will be notified of any changes and advised on how to proceed with refund or rebooking options.

 

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may include links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Sabado Sessions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Your use of any third-party links is at your own risk.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

General Event Terms and Conditions​

By joining our events, you confirm that all entered information is correct and that you accept the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 21 years old to join and is allowed to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages, in accordance with Norwegian law.

• Identification (ID) may be required for age verification at entry.

2. Registration

• Participants must register at the venue prior to the event start time. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

• For karaoke events:

  • Each participant may perform one song per round. Depending on the number of participants, additional rounds may be available.

  • Song selection must be submitted during registration. Songs with explicit, offensive, or discriminatory content will not be allowed.

3. Code of Conduct

• Participants and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event and the premises.

• Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption.

4. Health and Safety

• The venue operates under strict health and safety guidelines. Participants and attendees must comply with all instructions from staff regarding safety protocols.

• The venue reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or is behaving in a manner that poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Liability

• The venue and event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

• Participants and attendees assume all risks associated with their participation in the karaoke event.

6. Photography and Media

• By attending the event, participants and attendees consent to being photographed or filmed. These images or videos may be used for promotional purposes by the venue or event organizers.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the event organizers at registration.

7. Changes to the Event

• The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, rules, or terms and conditions as necessary.

• Any changes will be communicated to participants and attendees as soon as possible.

8. Cancellations

• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly.

• The venue and event organizers are not liable for any costs incurred by participants or attendees due to cancellation.
